Each six-month cycle consists of one month of intensive classroom and hands-on workshop training at TSDC’s facility in Cipayung, East Jakarta, followed by five months back at the participant’s normal workplace. During those five months, participants apply their learning in your operational environment, submit weekly progress reports, and are monitored by TSDC’s training team — alongside supervision from your own designated workplace supervisor.

The curriculum is based on the Australian Certificate III in Electrotechnology, developed in partnership with Holmesglen Victoria TAFE Institute and adapted specifically for Indonesian industry conditions.
