To qualify for admission, your applying electricians must meet the following criteria:

1. Employment:  The participants must be currently employed, and the company must show willingness to provide a three-year employment contract as a commitment to our training program, subject to the participants ongoing performance over the period. Participant commits to provide weekly updates on electrical activities carried out in the field over the period and Company commits to the participant's supervisor verifying that the activities have been carried out each week
2. Education: A minimum of a Senior High School (SMA/SMK) diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
3. Age: Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
4. Vision: All candidates must not be colour-blind to ensure adherence to critical safety standards in electrical work.
5. Skills Assessment: Successful completion of our numeracy and literacy assessment is a prerequisite, ensuring candidates possess the foundational knowledge necessary to succeed in our thorough training plan.
